General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the conditions for the sale of video editing services offered by Asubaka Studio, presented by Asubakatchin Productions, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider," to its clients.
2.Orders
Video editing service orders can be placed by the client via the Asubaka Studio website or through any other means agreed upon between the parties. The client is responsible for providing all the necessary information and materials for the completion of the video editing.
3.Pricing
The prices of the video editing services are indicated on the Asubaka Studio website (https://asubakastudio.digital) and may be changed at any time without prior notice. The client will be charged according to the rates in effect at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties.
4.Payment
Payment for video editing services is due in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method accepted by the Service Provider.
5.Revisions and Modifications
The Service Provider agrees to provide the client with a preview version of the video editing for approval. The client is entitled to request revisions and modifications, subject to certain limitations specified in the service offer.
6.Delivery
The finalized video editing will be delivered to the client in the format agreed upon between the parties. The client is responsible for verifying the conformity of the delivered video editing and reporting any anomalies as soon as possible.
7.Intellectual Property
The client retains intellectual property rights to all elements provided for the realization of the video editing. The Service Provider retains intellectual property rights to the finalized video editing but grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or professional use, according to the terms agreed upon between the parties.
8.Liability
The Service Provider agrees to provide video editing services with diligence and professionalism. However, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the services provided.
9.Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the client has a 14-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for any exceptions provided by law.
10.Disputes
In the event of a dispute between the parties, they agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, disputes will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
By ordering video editing services from Asubaka Studio, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
